All blank hat orders will have a 7 day return policy. If Just The Brim receives a return damaged or used no refund will be given.

All custom hats orders will have 7 day return policy only if the custom work was incorrect. Otherwise we will not do a refund on your order.

Here Just The Brim we strive to get your order to you as fast as possible. Unfortunately things happen and delivers don't always make it on time. We your order will come one of two ways, either USPS or UPS.
